I try to capture a moment of illumination and playfulness in my designs, which derive from the fundamental parts that create our lamps and light sculptures.

I choose to work with various materials, depending on both function and aesthetics. I have been working with glass for many years and am forever in love with all the possibilities given by shaping and designing this historical material. Brass is also one of my favorite materials, and I love the patins that slowly emerge on the surface, leaving a trace of life and time.

Clay and stone are fundamental materials in the natural palette where a lot of my inspiration comes from. I am forever grateful for my lectures in art history and growing up in a home where art was a natural part of our domestic environment and activities. I try to use all of these ingredients to create pieces that encapture these parts of my background and hopefully bring my passion into your home.
